The maintenance and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay. I encountered bedbugs during my stay, which made me uncomfortable and unable to sleep. I wish I had called the front desk immediately instead of waiting until morning.

the wingate was so clean and comfy, and the staff was super friendly. it's in a great spot - not too crazy with traffic. they let us check in early and brought warm towels right away! the mattress and pillows are amazing.
